Food Drive
The Dawson Football Booster Club is looking for volunteers to work the Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive at the Kroger store #343 located @ 518 & Cullen on Saturday, February 6th from 8:00am until 6:15pm and Sunday, February 7th from 8:00am until 4:15pm.
The food and money collected from the event benefits the Houston Food Bank, which distributes food in Pearland to organizations like Christian Helping Hands and The Pearland Neighborhood Center. Volunteers will be asked to greet customers, inform them about the food drive and ask if they would like to donate by purchasing a pre-packaged bag of non-perishable food items.
Each volunteer is asked to work a 2 ΒΌ hour shift and we need 3 volunteers per shift. We would really like to have as many of the Dawson football players (& Parents) participate as possible. This Kroger location has been very good to us, so we would like to show our appreciation by supporting them with the food drive. More information: Souper Bowl of Caring

This will be my 4th year to participate in the Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive. It really is a rewarding experience! Please encourage your student athlete to participate and consider volunteering with them. Thank you in advance for your time!
